Ab Circuit - No Equipment

Core exercises - you either love them or hate them! I definitely can’t say I love them - ha! My core is certainly my problem area and also where I make the most excuses. However, warmer weather ahead always gets me motivated to strengthen my core. These exercises are my favorite because not only are they killer - they also require ZERO equipment! (If you don’t count a yoga mat for comfort). When March rolls around I try to do this circuit 3 times a week! It’s a burn you will love to hate. I’ve linked my leggings and the yoga mat I use below.
