This workout is completed using only a dishtowel and a hard surface! It has 3 circuits with a focus on lower and upper body. It took me around 20 minutes to complete all 3 circuits. This would be a great, short workout to include while you’re traveling since minimal equipment is required. I did add in a yoga mat knee support. This is my very FIRST workout video so please go easy on me - I promise I will get better!
