Lower Body Fitness Bar Workout
Lower body work is my favorite - I love to feel the burn in my legs and glutes! This training session is a go-to workout for me for more reasons than one. It requires minimal equipment and it can be completed in as little as 20 minutes. I use a fitness bar to complete these exercises and actually prefer it over free weights. I feel like there is a balancing component that goes into lunging and pulsing with free weights that I just don’t have the head space for- ha! A fitness bar (or body bar) eliminates any of that. They are a relatively inexpensive way to add to your home gym, too! I have them in many sizes but am using the 20lb bar here. I have also added the yoga mat I use for all of my at-home workouts.
